Career Fair Information

General Information


  • Each booth includes a 6 ft long table comes with power access and two chairs. If you have any specific additional requests related to power access at the booth for any special items, please email us at and we will try to accommodate.
  • Based on past conferences, we expect about 350 students and 100 professionals to attend — this may be helpful when considering the amount of promotional material to bring for the career fair table.

Set Up

7am-9am on Friday, April 9th

Event Hours

9am – 5pm, Friday April 9th

9am – 4pm, Saturday April 10th

Tear Down

4pm – 5pm, Saturday, April 10th

Shipping Information

Shipped items should arrive at Marriott no more than 3 days prior to the event. Incoming shipment should be sent to the following address:

For outgoing shipment, all items must be packed in a box with a prepaid return label and left adjacent to the booth. Hotel staff will make sure the items are moved to the loading dock for FedEx pick up. All vendors are responsible for making their own pick up call. Please aim for pickup window between 7pm-9pm on Saturday, March 28th.
